八級樂理精讀課程(10小時合格課程)(應考2021年第3季)

坊間有很多八級樂理的課程, 比如說工聯會, 琴行的小組課程, 私人教授的樂理課程等等.....常常聽說學習八級樂理要花最一年的時間, 或者是更加長的時間, 有些人說半年就可以了, 有些人說八級樂理很難, 絕對不能夠速成學習的。到底有沒有一個比較客觀的說法?

陳Sir認為學習八級樂理要花多少時間最主要取決於你學習八級樂理的原因是什麼。比如說有些人學習八級樂理是因為想了解多一些樂理知識, 在演奏樂器時可以加以發揮。有些人就為興趣而學, 有些人則為了考一張證書, 方便日後開班教授學生。無論你學習八級樂理的原因是什麼都好, 你都想達到一個目的, 就是『合格』。

想問大家一個問題, 如果大家花了大約九個月學習樂理, 學到了很多有用的樂理知識, 明白了許多作曲家的作曲手法以及不同時期的寫作特色, 但到了最後, 還是差少少才合格，你會甘心嗎?到底問題出在那裡? 說到這裡, 大家可看看八級樂理的syllabuses (下面的link)

大家可以看到其實八級的syllabuses其實不多, 只是五級樂理的延伸, 但考的題目種類也不同.....看到這裡, 你暫時也不需要知道八級樂理每條題目考什麼, 你只要知道如何學習八級樂理是有效的方法。

首先我會用「精讀」而不是「速成」去形容我的課程，我會用9成時間或者是全部時間只講解會考的內容。而額外的theory 只要你要求我也會以筆記形式教授, 換句話說「自修」。我會花9成時間講解「Q2-piano pieces」, 「Q1-Figure bass」, 以及「作曲」, 主要原因是因為這三條題目沒有固定分數, 好像作文一樣, 需要用特別的技巧來取悦改卷員。而第4, 5題屬model answer的題目, 有固定答案, 相對地只要勤加操練就可以取得一個合理的分數

八級樂理的評分準則

有許多人學習八級樂理的時侯只會不斷做pastpaper, 但其實在做題目的同時也可以看看八樂理的評分準則, 這是不少考生也會忽略的, 以下是八級樂理考試的marking criteria, 大家亦可以前往abrsm 的網址下載

學習八級樂理應有的心態

首先，學習八級樂理比五級樂理的難道要高，這是人人都知道的，但高多少？似乎沒有人說過。從題目方面，八級樂理要求學生懂得鋼琴曲目的寫作手法，不同時期的特色，要學生親自根據曲目漏空的地方填寫。亦有巴洛克時期的trio sonata writing 等.......現在我不會逐一介紹八級樂理的題目，因為之後我會每條講解要考的範圍。

雖然說八級樂理難，但是不是無從入手呢？當然不是吧，只要看清楚八級樂理的syllabus 就可以知道八級樂理「其實唔難」! 因為它並沒有考學生的聽力，只是一堆把理論實踐於題目的考試方式，可以透過操練試題加上深入認識marking criteria 而取得高分，所以說八級樂理難？你有沒有逐點仔細看清楚syllabus?

跟我學習八級樂理只需要16小時便能輕鬆應付考試，最快的學生只用了8小時，最後取得78分的成績。在稍後的文章我會講講為什麼這麼快便能學完，合格的方法和秘訣到底在那裡。

旺角太子ABRSM音樂教室

旺角太子ABRSM教室是由陳sir 於2009 年創立，主要提供皇家音樂學院的音樂課程，包括1-8級鋼琴課程，五級以及八級樂理課程 (以一對一教授為主，亦每年舉辦3次10人樂理班)， Aural training (聽力練習)，亦為學生提供考試及校際音樂節的鋼琴伴奏。中心座落於太子區，交通便利，距離地鐵站2分鐘路程。
